These terms govern your use of Tadkir (the "app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

Tadkir is provided to help you keep track of your daily prayers, Qibla direction, and related routines. You agree to use the app for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Prayer times and Qibla

Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated from your device's location and your selected calculation method. While we strive for accuracy, the values shown are estimates and may differ slightly from your local mosque's announcements. You are responsible for verifying times that matter to you against a trusted local source.

3. Subscriptions

• Tadkir Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial (if any) and at each renewal period until cancelled.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current paid period continues until its end date — there are no partial refunds for unused time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.

4. Restoring purchases

If you have an active subscription on another device or after reinstalling the app, you can restore it from within the app's Settings screen. Restoring requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

5. App Lock feature

The optional focus feature uses Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls to block apps you select during prayer windows. You are responsible for the apps you choose to block. Tadkir does not enable blocking without your explicit selection and authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, code, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prayer times shown will perfectly match any specific authority.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
